Ms. Sherry Grisewood, CFA, is Managing Partner, Life Science Research at Dawson James Securities, Inc.
Ms. Grisewood was Managing Director, Life-sciences and Technology Banking for Tripoint Global Equities. Sherry served as Senior Life Sciences Banker at Jesup & Lamont Securities Corp. and as an independent strategic advisor and consultant for several investment banks over the prior 12 year period.
She has participated in over 50 transaction-related projects worldwide involving initial public offerings, secondary offerings, PIPE’s, private equity, M&A and licensing transactions in the life sciences sector. Prior to consulting for investment banks, she served as Director of Research for several mid-tier brokerage companies and a leading independent investment research company.
Dr. Xianbin Wang is the Professor and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair at Western University, Canada. Prior to joining Western, he was with the Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC) as a Research Scientist/Senior Research Scientist between July 2002 and Dec. 2007.
Dr. Wang has over 380 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers, in addition to 29 granted and pending patents and several standard contributions.
Dr. Wang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of IEEE and an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer.
He has received many awards and recognitions, including Canada Research Chair, CRC President’s Excellence Award, Canadian Federal Government Public Service Award, Ontario Early Researcher Award and six IEEE Best Paper Awards.
William Greenberg is a serial entrepreneur and senior executive with over 40 years’ experience in both the technology and real estate development sectors. He co-founded several companies including MVNO KORE Wireless and developer Green Brook Corporation. William also took the leader role in the leading real-estate groups and helped to expand the global market.
Currently he serves on the Board of Cheetah Networks and as advisor to several firms including Snapclarity a mental health SaaS company and ReACCT a waste-to-energy firm. Previous Board positions include Xtract (mobile analytics) and JetNet (MSSP).
